[ While David knew that his girlfriend was going to be coming over to the apartment sometime today, he didn't really know what time exactly, so he just took his mid off of things by trying to do some exercise coupled with working on a few control exercises for his scale-shifting, specifically. He was getting much better about being able to control when they would show up and go away, though sometimes holding them there was where he would falter. It was definitely better than nothing, though.
